The print was originally produced in an edition of 25 for @fieldsforum in 2018 to mark the occasion of Field/s One exhibition at Sluice HQ, London, Nov 2018.

The ‘From There to Here’ series is interested in the journey of light – or transmission of data – from celestial objects. From its origins in deep space, light has reached us from millions or billions of lightyears away, is captured by orbiting telescopes or mountain-top observatories on the other side of the world, processed via scientific data pipelines, which is then downloaded via the internet in my north london studio. The ‘images’ are then printed and physically manipulated as a way to remark upon these journeys and translations
